It was amazing. I walked into the dealership, not knowing if I would be getting the car I really had wanted for a long time. I saw it and loved it. Could do better My vehicle is due some services, the dealer prices are very expensive, as much as 3 times more than out side companies. Really should do better. Employee went above in the service center John made sure I was taken care of. The mechanics found an issue while getting my oil changed that needed to be fixed. John was considerate of my time John made sure I was taken care of. The mechanics found an issue while getting my oil changed that needed to be fixed. John was considerate of my time constraints due to child care. He made it work so I would have a rental car available if needed to drive my children and pick up my child in time from school. Not sure yet ?? Purchased a used 2008 Lexus ES350 from Anthony. Was very satisfied with the sales and financial process. We had immediate problem with key FOB havin Purchased a used 2008 Lexus ES350 from Anthony. Was very satisfied with the sales and financial process. We had immediate problem with key FOB having nearly dead battery. Got that fixed. Next day, tried the radio and found the rear speakers didn't work. Tried the rear sunscreen and found it didn't work. Found oil spots on the driveway next morning. Vehicle is in service after only 72 hours of ownership. During close, Anthony told me there was an outstanding recall that they would fix. Tried to get that scheduled and was told that only Lexus in Eugene (200 miles away) could fix it. I asked Anthony to have crappy window tint on rear windows removed prior to use taking possession. Was not done. Is still not done. Tried to call Anthony today to remind him to do it while in for service...sat on hold until finally told it was his day off. Things are a little circumspect right now. Waiting to see how this all gets handled. More
