Double time of service quoted My wife brought our Sequoia in to be serviced and have the oil changedyesterday. She was told it would be a three hour process, which she was prepared My wife brought our Sequoia in to be serviced and have the oil changedyesterday. She was told it would be a three hour process, which she was prepared for. Well the 3 hour process ended up being approximately 6 hours with no communication about the process. At approximately 3pm the service writer told her it would 30 more minutes, her service did not complete for another hour. I also remember when Lithia would wash and vacuum vehicles that were being serviced, this also did not happen which was shocking to me, especially after she was there for 6 hours and we paid over 900 dollars to have fluids changed. Absolutely not satisfied with our experience and will look into other Lithia service centers to continue having our vehicles serviced More
