John Oppy was my service advisor and very attentive to my needs. I did have to return to dealership next day due to some warning lights coming on. Again, John took care of the matter by having me come in without an appointment and got me right over to Julia the Service Tech Manager. Julia took care of the problem (simple resets) and was very nice about answering any questions I had. Had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. More

Service and oil change Easiest process ever. First I received an E-Mail letting me know I was probably due for service and an oil change. One phone call and I was scheduled. Easiest process ever. I arrived about 15 min early and my car was immediately moved into the garage. Perhaps 30 min later and it was ready to leave the dealership. I really like this dealership. Due to the nature of the required service I understand the length of time required to complete the procedure but Corperate Toyota needs to understand that these are just normal people with a job (although quite extraordinary). 3 hours to take apart the entire rear end of my car, grease my axles, and put it back together is simply asking too much... Maybe if the entire team were to be only working on my car.... But it was one tech and i never got his name. More
