Quick and easy Got my truck in with no appointment. Was told if I drop it off, they would squeeze it in as soon as they can. excellent service people The ser vice staff people are so nice and welcoming every time I have been in for maintenance on my Toyota. I am in the Grants Pass area but choose to The ser vice staff people are so nice and welcoming every time I have been in for maintenance on my Toyota. I am in the Grants Pass area but choose to drive to Medford where I feel welcomed. I had an appointment mix up (my fault) and Tom said no problem we will get you taken care of. This is why we have had 5 Toyota's thru the years. Except I do not recommend Grants Pass Toyota. Thank you all and your employees in service are an asset. More
