We were briefly disappointed but then found the Rav-4. We instantly fell in love with it and felt confident with the Toyota product. Quality and value was present. Still in the Costco program we got to work with Benji and Charlie. Both men were true professional. Personable, knowledgeable and down to earth no pressure people.
