In the past, key information has been written in small print but not communicated directly. Once I received a phone call to come in for service, but when I came in, I was told I hadn't passed the mileage point to come in and was told to leave and come back when the mileage warranted it. Maybe a couple of hundred miles later. Then I was told that it was not policy to make such phone calls with the strong implication that one had not been made, and I felt insulted, as I did not make it up, and coming in and being sent away constituted quite an inconvenience.for me. So mostly I have been satisfied, but not always. More

Very pleasant surprise to go from big $$ ticket to zero....and they washed my car! I was working with Joe Kyttle and very much appreciated the honesty from Lithia staff. More
Best car purchase experience I've ever had! When I first came in the dealership, I was not about to buy a car. I was looking at the RAV4. No one pressured me. I sat down with salesman Chad Soare When I first came in the dealership, I was not about to buy a car. I was looking at the RAV4. No one pressured me. I sat down with salesman Chad Soares, who asked questions and listened to my answers about what I was looking for in a car. He then steered me toward the Prius AWD, a much better fit for my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the models and features. During the test drive, he showed encyclopedic knowledge and understanding and demonstrated the many features of the car. When I left that day - without purchasing the car - again, he didn't pressure me. I came back 10 days later, ready to make the purchase. The sale was easy, paperwork was done efficiently, financing arranged, an acceptable trade-in price agreed to, and again, there was no pressure. Extended warranty options were explained and the free-for-life oil change option as well. No pressure. Just explanation. One week after the sale, I met again with Chad to review questions I had about the vehicle's many features. I'm 100% pleased with this car purchase experience! More
