Battery test saved me $500! Car would not start so called AAA and got jumpstarted. Guy said I needed a new battery. At Lithia, before ordering an expensive battery I thought was needed, they did a thorough test which showed my battery was in excellent shape. Zero cost for this service. Car is running great, I guess startup battery had just been temporarily worn down. More

My husband and I came into Lithia Toyota of Medford back in July of 2018, knowing we wanted to purchase a vehicle (for business) before the year was u My husband and I came into Lithia Toyota of Medford back in July of 2018, knowing we wanted to purchase a vehicle (for business) before the year was up. We worked with Skyler. Skyler followed up with an email or two- but never pressured us to make a decision, before we were ready. He also kept a great attitude showing us around for about an hour knowing that would not be the purchase day. I re-connected with Skyler on 12/28/18, stopped in for a brief moment night of the 29th, and sat down with him on the 31st to make it all happen- and it did! Skyler did not work on the 30th and advised us to come in that day to wrap it up and he wasn't concerned with his commission (splitting it with salesperson on shift that day), but we appreciated his cool attitude through the whole experience that we wanted Skyler to solely benefit from the sale:) Our vehicle was about 80 miles away. It was available the next day and even came with an "add-on" we did not expect but love! Super easy deal, even at the 11th hour! More

Great service, friendly staff. I've been dealing with Lithia Toyota in Medford since purchasing a Corolla there almost 4 years ago. Used to deal with their branch in the much close I've been dealing with Lithia Toyota in Medford since purchasing a Corolla there almost 4 years ago. Used to deal with their branch in the much closer Klamath Falls (we live near Chiloquin), but find that even though the same company, the people at Medford Toyota are...well...more engaging to deal with. Klamath people aren't bad (we've began dealing with them in 2002 with a Camry purchase), but maybe it is that they are always too busy in the service department to spend much time with the customers...except to try to sell non-required maintenance (those power steering flushes and the like). Maybe in the future the Medford service people will also try to push the non-required maintenance, but I suspect when I say "no" they will be still smiling... Anyway, I get maintenance things (oil changes largely) done quicker at Medford, even though it is 3 times further away. It also should be noted that we use that trip over there for our periodic Costco runs (no Costco in Klamath Falls) as well as a nice lunch somewhere since a 3 hour round-trip drive to Medford just for an oil change doesn't "pay" so to speak. We're sticking with the Medford branch of Lithia for the near future having purchase a new Tundra there last year and planning on a new SUV a few years down the road. Thanks all! More
