Best experience I've ever had! :) I came to the dealership to get a price comparison for a new Toyota Tacoma, as I had already looked at Grants Pass dealership and had a price, but was I came to the dealership to get a price comparison for a new Toyota Tacoma, as I had already looked at Grants Pass dealership and had a price, but was suggested to check out the Costco auto plan. Setup an appointment with Benji....which I was late to...but he was extremely understanding. Benji walked through and SHOWED me the differences between the Tacoma models, rather than just telling me. Before driving the truck, he then showed me all the inside features, of how the seats break down, the syorage, and navigation features. He provided a very non-pressure environment, and even was sure to include my cousin in on all the conversations. During the drive, he was fantastic at giving directions and have me try all the features and explained them to me. During the whole process, I never felt pressured or rushed, especially when I asked questions. It was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had! Thank you so much! More
