It is about the double running of Credit Report inquiries.. One from Lithia and the other from the bank they choose. No, Lithia does not run a "soft" inquiry. It is listed in two major Credit Report Agencies as HARD and it affects my scores really bad because. My score would not have been affected by more than 2 points with just one inquiry but with two, it was over 24 points negative. Somebody should look into this, especially because I have purchased or leased at least one car per year, sometimes two. More
