We went on a test drive, telling me about the truck &, the new safety features built into the 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I knew what I wanted so, it didn't take much to persuade me. I went home to think about it for a few days & when I came back, I met Chad. He was also very friendly & knowledgeable (Steve was busy with another customer). Chad asked me if I wanted to make an offer. I did, but I wanted a fair price for my Toyota Tacoma that I was trading in as well. Evan was the negotiator or the go between person carrying the numbers back & forth-- also very nice. We eventually got a deal... just $500 over a mark they said they couldn't go below. After the price was settled, Chad went over the smart truck aspects completely and showed me how to work all the buttons. He paired my cell phone up with the truck so I have "hands-free" calling. He downloaded a GPS app & put "coffeehouse" on my 3 month trial of Sirius XM. He helped me move all of my things out of my car, even the license plate frames. Oh yeah & the bricks! It was dark, cold and after hours. THANKS for staying! He inquired the next day on my drive home that night plus, he let me text him with questions. Thank-you for the FREE tank of gas. I am SO happy with my new truck but shed a tear for my old truck that took me over 300,000 miles. I only looked at & tested one truck on the lot which was the one I bought. Although I did my homework on line, you still never know how the deal is going to play out. For instance, I came in wanting a white truck but the model I wanted was only in a beige quicksand color (which I've grown to love). The A-team was on that day and I appreciate all who helped. I am confident I will be back to buy another vehicle in the future. More

Michael Rapport was amazing, very helful and Knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Rapport today. Michael greeted us immediately upon entering the dealership lot. Michael was able to show us two different vehicles today that we were interested in. Michael had extensive knowledge on both vehicles of interest. Michael was very thorough and was able to to walk us through both of the vehicles features and history. Michael printed out both carfax reports for us to review as well as took time out to allow us to test drive both vehicles that we were interested in. Michael asked all the right questions and answered all of our questions that we had. Michael was a no pressure sales consultant who I believe truly had our best interest in mind. Cate MacPherson was very friendly today as well. The only pressure we felt was on our offer. I do not recall the name of the gentleman that worked with us as far as the offer was concerned. All in all I believe we came to a fair agreement and the customer service we received from Michael made our trip well worth while. We bought a car today. Thank you Michael for all your help. More
