Best Experience of buying a minivan I was searching of Toyota Sienna LE and explored different dealerships within Oregon (around 10) but was not much satisfied with them particularly hav I was searching of Toyota Sienna LE and explored different dealerships within Oregon (around 10) but was not much satisfied with them particularly having a bad experience with Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls. Finally, I spoke to Doug Walker on phone and sent him a price and we both agreed on that. I reached there and Doug introduced me to Josh who was very helpful and very fast in processing/documentation and very knowledgeable about the cars. Brian was also a very nice and humble guy, he completed order form to request the other dealership for the car. John Mathew was very quick and gave me some good suggestion for payment. My order request was saying that car will reach in 5 days to the dealership. It was a very good surprise for me when very next day early in the morning around 9 AM I received a call from Josh saying that my car is in the dealership and ready (awesome). I reached there Josh immediately started the paperwork along with Dennis and completed very quickly and they honored their promise of price match and didn't change the price even a single penny. I am very happy about that. Overall my experience is excellent, I will definitely recommend this dealership to colleagues and friends. I recommend this dealership to everybody. I especially want to mention Al Gunn, he is a superb guy and takes care of everything which is going wrong during any deal. I am impressed with his convincing power. More
