Changed oil change We came in to use a coupon from another place, however John kindly explained that our vehicle needed synthetic oil which the coupon did not allow for. They remember me as a customer no matter what department I am working with, they price matched tires and even beat Costco's price by 10% when I've bought tires with them, they are very transparent with pricing for their vehicles. All around excellent!! More

You can fix anything and most of your prices are ok... I went at 9 am to have my broken door lock fixed. Lithia was able to fix it in only 1 hour, I sat in the break room, watched t.v., drank free coffee I went at 9 am to have my broken door lock fixed. Lithia was able to fix it in only 1 hour, I sat in the break room, watched t.v., drank free coffee, read many car books. ....that was ok. My only "complaint" was that I wanted my spark plugs changed over to iridiums but Lithia said it would cost a lot to do and they couldn't guarantee that it would actually work better in my truck as I thought it might. No big deal. Also, the parts department wanted $90 bucks each for new mud flaps.....I thought that was too much but it probably wasn't because they would probably last the lifetime of my truck. More
