Had my 2019 Toyota Highlander towed in for a check engine light. The service department didn’t even have my car for a hour in a half said they believe it was a faulty battery paid over $300 to replace it the light. The service department didn’t even have my car for a hour in a half said they believe it was a faulty battery paid over $300 to replace it they sent me in my way. I barely made it in to Grants Pass and car started acting up again. Had to pull off again. Come to find out the Medford Oregon service department didn’t check any other code and I now have my car at another Toyota service department and found out I have 3 burnt coils, 3 bad spark plugs that have water in them and still waiting to find out the rest of what is wrong with my car. More
