We finalized the deal with John Uri and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the Highlander and best of all, not pushy. I bought a new '03 Highlander from Lithia Toyota (in '02) from Mike Hawley and he was nice to deal with then and he helped this time in locating the vehicle I wanted. I have already told several family members about the positive experience we had. Cate did the financing and she was a delight to work with and made that final part of the deal a pleasant topping to the day! I guess the only aspect we did not care for was how long it took to make the transaction but I think it just takes time to do paperwork! Also, I had running boards installed on my car yesterday and John Oppy was attentive, apologetic when I had to wait (just a few minutes) and efficient when purchasing and scheduling an appt for the install.
