I had found one at another lot in grants pass and the service there was TERRIBLE as we're the salesman. This left a pretty bad taste in my mouth as it was my first time on a lot... I had refused to buy anything there and left.... THEN I found a few options at LITHIA TOYOTA MEDFORD, and figured I would give it a try. From the second I stepped out of the car everything was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. These guys were nice, professional and honest. I know quite a bit about cars and knew what they were worth, as did the salesman, they were very upfront and very helpful. Being a first time buyer it was a bit of a pain to buy the one I wanted and the salesman pulled strings and was very patient. End result, I drove away with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face. Had no problem shaking that guys hand before I left either. My salesman's name was Chad I'd also recommend him! Almost the best 5 years ago I bought a 2010 Prius from Lithia Toyota. I still feel it was a positive experience, though grueling as they always seem to be. I am ver 5 years ago I bought a 2010 Prius from Lithia Toyota. I still feel it was a positive experience, though grueling as they always seem to be. I am very enthusiastic about the car. The service department is the best I've ever worked with. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and our perception of them as excellent. The downside? A service rep who tried to "rip me off" twice. I took action after the second event. I was listened to but no action was taken. They still send surveys. I still say what happened. If they had taken some action I would trust their recommendations for service. I am confident he is doing the same thing to others. Now I use the "ask your brother first" rule. My brother's reliable and I am safer. More
