All the staff is fantastic and personable, but John has always stood out to me. I only come in a couple of times a year and it's always a relief to see him there behind his desk. Your top female mechanic (sorry, I couldn't find her name) actually recognized me and that I had upgraded to a new Tundra....that blew my mind.
