Brian being new was not real knowledgeable about the vehicle he showed us. Kate was easy to work with but a little disorganized. I will use Dave Smith Motors for All my future vehicle purchases due to the fact Lithia uses lowball Kelley Blue book values for trades and high end values for their vehicle sales. I kept my trade and sold it in a week at Nada value. Customers made your company, the least you can do is treat them fairly. More
I spent $2000 dollars getting an oil leak fixed, which is fine. In my notes I put in to check the brakes and tire pressure. They did check the breaks but the tires were still low.
