I am a tuff person to sell a car too. I do extensive research on the internet, spent countless hours driving and looking at different cars, and most of the time drive myself crazy trying to make a decei research on the internet, spent countless hours driving and looking at different cars, and most of the time drive myself crazy trying to make a deceison which car to buy out the the countless number of vehicles ive drivin at just as many dealerships.. This time things were different. I stopped by lithia Toyota in medford on my way to portland for a conferance and thought maybe ill just look at a few cars and get and idea whats out there and what I may like. It was raining and I was not in the mood to shop but I was there for the night so why not.. 4 Very peaceful hours later (yeah peaceful) I bought myself a new (well new to me)camry. My salesman David Struble was patient, understanding, and very knowledable about most vehicles on the market and shared honest opinions with me even when It reflected against the car we were looking at. In the end I felt like he had taken me through what would normally be a 2 mounth process, in 4 short hours. Ive been driving my new camry now for about 8 mounths and I couldnt be happier. Just goes to show that not all buying experiences have to be long, drawn out and dreary. When its time for my next new car, I would just imagine ill be taking the 6 hour drive back to medford in hopes that I can duplicate the same experience as before..A six hour drive seems short in comparison to the way I used to shop. Had a great experience with Lithia and my salesman Chad Soares. Walked in off the street to drive a Scion and by the time I was ready to buy I knew that this was the car for me. The test drive was comprehensive, fun, and I knew all of the components of the car and the type of vehicle I was purchasing. Chad was knowledgeable but more important he was passionate about ensuring I was making the right decision. Purchasing was simple with no high pressured pitches for features I couldn't afford or didn't want. I went into Lithia Toyota for a Prius test drive telling the salesman I wasn't looking to buy..just wanted to drive a Prius. 4 hours later I walked away with a 2010 Toyota Prius with 495 miles on its odome the salesman I wasn't looking to buy..just wanted to drive a Prius. 4 hours later I walked away with a 2010 Toyota Prius with 495 miles on its odometer very satisfied with the deal we made. Gary Rens was very helpful in his presentation of finance options, as I had never had a car payment before. Chad Soares, my salesman, has gone out of his way to educate me on the car's systems. When I left he gave me his card with his cell phone number on it and told me to call if there was ever any problem. I told him I wouldn't ever bother him outside of work hours. But, I did call him (with a situation that turned out to be user error) and he was polite, professional and available to answer my question on a Sunday night. He later came to my house to program the garage door sync to the car that I could not accomplish. His customer service is outstanding and deeply appreciated to those of us that have technical issues. I feel I got a great deal, a great salesman and great service. I would highly recommend Lithia Toyota and Chad Soares as a personal salesman. I love my Prius and am enjoying the 47 miles a gallon I am getting on its first tank of gas!! More
I wanted to get out from under my old car and into something with more value and something that was safer. Rick showed us some cars and he and Al got us into a 2011 Rav 4. I LOVE my car! David gave me a great experience. He is the driving factor as to why I would refer people to Lithia Toyota. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and really helped me find what I factor as to why I would refer people to Lithia Toyota. Chad was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made sure to meet and exceed all of our needs to the best of his ability and resources. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot and quick to answer any of our questions. The dealership was quick to meet our pricing and budgeting criteria. I am new to the Medford area and wanted my Toyota serviced at a Toyota dealership. I decided to take it to Lithia Toyota. I called and made an appointment with Ryan Lichtnewalner. When I arrived h serviced at a Toyota dealership. I decided to take it to Lithia Toyota. I called and made an appointment with Ryan Lichtnewalner. When I arrived he was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He then provided me with an estimate and a complimentary rental vehicle for the day, something that was extremely helpful since I only have one vehicle. After a couple of hours, Ryan called me and explained that there were additional services that he wanted to bring to my attention. I asked him what was absolutely necessary and he went through and informed me what he recommended. Even though I was not planning on the additional services, I decided to have all the maintenance items addressed. Towards the end of the day, he called me again and said that my truck would be finished at 5:00pm and that I could come pick it up. When I arrived, Ryan went through all the maintenance items that we discussed and was able to provide the services for $110 less than his original estimate. This was a huge relief, since I am currently looking for work and every penny counts. I greatly appreciated Ryan's professionalism and customer service approach. I will definitely be servicing my vehicle at Lithia Toyota and will recommend it to my friends and family. More
