Update: A week later and still no communication on a resolution for this issue. My wife and I are very loyal Lithia customers and we got completely ripped off with our 2017 Certified Used Toyota Sien resolution for this issue. My wife and I are very loyal Lithia customers and we got completely ripped off with our 2017 Certified Used Toyota Sienna XLE. Found out during trading it in for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Lithia Jeep Dodge, that it was in a minor accident (prior to us buying it) which caused our trade-in to be $6,000 less. We paid top dollar for this car because it was a certified used car, and also had to take it back to Toyota just after buying because the oil was low, there was no coolant in the reservoir and there was stains underneath the 2nd row seats. Also 1 of the 4 tires didn't match. Even with wear on the other tires they wouldn't put 4 new tires on it (so it had 4 tires with the same treadwear). We had to buy 4 new tires ourselves. Broken vent shades were left on it and I had to remove them, revealing damaged window seals. Those had to be replaced. We took the best care of it and felt slapped in the face to get so scammed from Lithia Toyota of Medford. This was no Certified Used Car. I am severely disappointed with their horrible service and dishonesty to their customers. Lithia needs to make this right! It was June of 2021 and I can't remember the salesman, just remembered talking with Evan Seegmiller. More

It was ok until I got in my 4Runner to leave and realized some had gone through my center console and cup area. I don't feel like anything was stolen but definitely moved.
