When I came in for my second alienment becsuse my car was pulling to the right your service person told me i didn’t need one in the first place, but I insisted on one.. argued with me.. I was told at Les Schwab that I needed one and told the guy when you changed my oil.. he said yes I needed one. Made appointment and got it . Car pulled to right so made app to get it done . Thsts when the guy argued with me. I got the paper out of the car and yes it said I needed one. He said it was fine .. of course it doesn’t pull to the right now. Not happy.. thst guy pretty much called me a liar..probably not coming back.. he wouldn’t have said that to a man…!!!! More
