This was the 2nd Highlander I purchased this year. I was so happy with my experience purchasing the first Highlander from Nate, we went back again. Nate wasn’t available, so he had Steve help me. First I want to say, Nate is one of the best sales people I have ever come across, outstanding customer service. His help goes beyond the sale to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I had a list of accessories I was interested in, he took the list and got me a quote on everything. When I had questions on the car, how something worked, he continued to let me ask him and never appeared to be put off. If he didn’t know the answer, he would get it and get back to me. I would highly recommend Nate as a salesperson. In fact I have, a friend of mine went in to purchased a Platinum Highlander from him recently. I was also very happy with Steve. He was very kind and thorough in the process. Even though we had already purchased a Highlander he went over the vehicle to make sure I had all the info I needed and set the app up for me. Very easy to talk with and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Ben is who I signed paperwork with this last time, he was patient as I asked many questions and varied options.
