They replaced my motor it still leaked and then they refused to fix it. After weeks of trying to reach a manager and never getting a call back someone finally helped us and agreed to fix it. When it was done they finally admitted it was their fault the service tech did not seal the motor correctly. On top of that we had a list of other things that were done incorrectly on the motor install and they finally corrected those as well. The amount of stress and fighting we had to do to get this car fixed correctly was ridiculous! More
I always used to get all of my service done here, but I don’t do that anymore simply because it is too crowded, it takes too long to get an appointment, and even with an appointment it’s a minimum two hour don’t do that anymore simply because it is too crowded, it takes too long to get an appointment, and even with an appointment it’s a minimum two hour wait, I think you need a larger service center or more personnel I’m not really sure what would solve this for you but I get my work done in other places now, I only get done what I have to because of my warranty service. The fact that we had to bring the car back to the dealership five days after purchasing it, is a little frustrating. The headlamp problem should have been found when they did the initial service check before selling it to us. My husband drove it as says that the cruise control is not working properly. Julia Hamar was very nice and offered choices to stay or make another service appointment. We are coming back on Tuesday, 9-6-22 at 8:00am. We live in Wilderville. More
