The initial contact was done via email and over the phone. We even selected the vehicle and paid a deposit with going into the dealership. I am very disappointed with the service I got on lifetime oil change. Apparently you’re a second-class citizen if that’s all you come in for. Other customers who came in after me left before me. That’s not O oil change. Apparently you’re a second-class citizen if that’s all you come in for. Other customers who came in after me left before me. That’s not OK. After 2 1/2 hours I went to the desk and found my key and my paperwork sitting there while other people who had gotten there after me we’re being taken Ahead of me. No one went over the paperwork with me. I just left. More
