My wife knew exactly what she wanted in a Toyota 4 Runner. After getting the run around in Kalispell for almost a week and them not able to locate the color and options on a dealer trade, my wife foun Runner. After getting the run around in Kalispell for almost a week and them not able to locate the color and options on a dealer trade, my wife found the 4 Runner on line at Lithia. She made an appointment with Miranda. We drove to Missoula and met Miranda who had Scottie ready to give us a test drive in the one she wanted and also another one she saw and liked. Scottie was very knowledgeable unlike Kalispell who had provided lots of misinformation on the operation of the vehicle. We ordered some running boards, a cargo cover and mud flaps to be installed. The parts department came back and said it had the mud flaps and took it off the bill. Very honest! The cargo cover had to be ordered and Scottie volunteered to bring it to Lakeside! Went through Matt in financing. Very helpful and explained all the paperwork. We went shopping and came back at the quoted time from service and the 4 Runner was ready. After getting home decided to add a remote start, made an appointment to have it done. Since we were coming back down asked Scottie to hold the cover for us. Service gave us a time it would be ready and it was ready before time. They took the time also to put the cargo cover on for us. Great experience with everyone there both visits!! More
