We have been looking at Tundra trucks for several weeks to replace our 15 year old Ford Excursion. We tow a very heavy boat over several mountain passes and did not want to be forced into the diesel option. Gas V-10's are simply not available today. Even though it was late in the day, Travis greeted us and went over all the features of two Tundra high-end models on the lot. They were similarly priced and the cost between the two was not a factor. We ended the day making a proposal that would be submitted the next day. We closed the deal over the phone the following day after we got home. We obtained a very fair price even though we could have bought another brand truck with comparable features for a little less money. We simply have faith in the Toyota brand and have owned a number of different Toyota models. We returned to Missoula two days later to close the deal. The closer who handled all the finance and warranties was an exceptionally nice young man named Daniel. I was not high pressured into buying all the expensive warranty and service packages, but did buy the Lithia Life-time Oil change plan as it makes sense and there are Lithia dealers in many locations that we travel to frequently. More

Almost a year later , but got my oil change. The service representative was very friendly and took care of my car , appreciated the plastic over the seat and the paper on the floor .
