Over the past 40 years my wife and I have purchased 13 Toyotas. Of those, Lithia Toyota and salesman J. D. Sprull made our recent purchase of my new Tacoma the absolute best experience we've ever had wit Toyotas. Of those, Lithia Toyota and salesman J. D. Sprull made our recent purchase of my new Tacoma the absolute best experience we've ever had with a salesperson and dealership. We live a considerable distance from Odessa and Lithia is the nearest Toyota dealership in our area, therefore, this transaction was initiated over the internet and handled from that point over the phone. When we arrived on the day we agreed on, the truck was there, washed, and fueled up. JD took the time to explain all the features of it to me (something the last dealer did not) and we were on the road in a very short time. I have already recommended this dealership and salesman to two of my friends and will continue to do so. More

This is the first time I have bought a Toyota, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The salesman JD, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I had to write a review about David Moore because I was so amazed with his kindness and professionalism. I have been to many car lots and I have never met one as nice as him. He is very smart and knows exa so amazed with his kindness and professionalism. I have been to many car lots and I have never met one as nice as him. He is very smart and knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to the cars. The way he took time out to explain everything was incredible. I would recommend him to anyone. I could tell that it was not just about the sales with him. He really cares about the people and everyone that came with me was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. I am in the middle of doing business with Brian Crane, GSM w/ Lithia Scion/Toyota of Odessa. I have had a great experience, thus far, and don't see that changing any time soon. EVERY time I call, Brian AL GSM w/ Lithia Scion/Toyota of Odessa. I have had a great experience, thus far, and don't see that changing any time soon. EVERY time I call, Brian ALWAYS answers the phone, answers my questions and makes sure that I have everything I need in order to continue our business. He NEVER leaves me in the dark, ALWAYS answers my emails and I appreciate this more than most people understand. I work with car dealerships every day and all day, even on weekends, and in a world so wrought with lack of communication and accountability, BRAIN CRANE and Lithia Toyota/Scion of Odessa is more than a fresh breath of air for a guy like me. Thank you for always being there when we need you, Brian!
