for months, and being located in Las Cruces, all I found were dealers trying to scam or gouge me with nonsense add-ons and addendums. Being a first time buyer as well, most places offered horrible interest rates and claimed nobody would offer any better.
Enter Lithia Toyota of Odessa and Jason Grady, the excellent salesman that worked through the process with me. He went above and beyond to help me locate a vehicle that was perfect for me. He took it upon himself to go through vehicles that they had just purchased from folks and weren’t even in inventory yet. By a stroke of luck they had just gotten in the perfect vehicle. An absolute pleasure to work with in an industry that seems to be dominated by less than helpful people. He even picked me up from dropping off my rental car since I had driven 5 hours from Las Cruces, now THAT is stellar customer service.
They tacked on nothing to the price, and we’re incredibly respectful in making sure we could get something in my budget. They ensured the vehicle was ready to go and even helped set up recalls and service at another dealership they did not have the parts for. (Nothing major in terms of the recalls)
The finance manager, Richard Ashton, even took it upon himself to somehow sweeten the deal and keep it more in my budget.
This dealership is of the highest quality, and I would recommend working with Jason Grady (and Lithia Toyota of Odessa overall) to anyone who wants excellent service from a group of great people. They set the bar very high for buying a vehicle. I can’t say enough good things.
