I have always had great service when buying a vehicle. But this last time getting my oil changed there it ended up almost catastrophic. Got my oil changes last Saturday morning in the middle bay at 8:00am But this last time getting my oil changed there it ended up almost catastrophic. Got my oil changes last Saturday morning in the middle bay at 8:00am. I didn't notice until three days later that I had an oil leak. When I checked the level. It wouldn't even read. Could have blown my engine. The tech didn't tighten the drain plug back up tight. That's where the leak was coming from🤬 More

The team was great. They were there to greet me when I arrived and got my car started on pretty quickly. I asked the gentleman who was checking me in as to a time frame fo when my car would be ready. I was given a rough estimate of 2 hours. When I was called to come pick up my car it was within the time frame I was given. I appreciate the attention to detail. My car was cleaner inside than what I left it and that blessed me.
