Service manager Ken has wealth of knowledge, great resource for troubleshooting issues. Mike was easy to coordinate with. Both easy to speak with. Jermey did the hard work replacing heads on V6 and ensuring anything suspect replaced (engine bay looks brand new on ‘02 Tacoma). Cost was better than 2 other mechanic shops and came with warranty. Not your typical overpriced dealership service center trying to sell me everything. Felt genuine care in dealing with the problem. Ken was particularly helpful painting scenarios and offering options. Appreciate the care. Recommend using this service center. More
