I drove down from Seattle (about 4 1/2 hours away) to look at two vehicles at Lithia Toyota. Keith was very friendly and informative over email. After we got back from the test drive Keith was busy helping another customer so we worked with Sam to finalize the deal and he was just as friendly to deal with as well and made the whole sale process fast and simple, no pressure at all. Finally we met with Dennis in the finance department and again very professional and friendly. Overall this was one of, if not the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle and I've bought many.
