If you're not in a hurry to buy, expect second rate service. First of, I will give them some credit. All of the salesmen I dealt with were very nice. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and when I told them I wasn't in a hurry to buy, I wasn't rushed off the lot. That's the reason I gave as least two stars. So I wanted to take my time picking out the perfect new car for me. Word of warning, if you want to take your time, you will get passed around to multiple salesmen. I don't like dealing with multiple people, I tried very hard to insist dealing with one guy when making appointments, but it was always someone different and given the excuse that he wasn't here today or was with another customer when I arrived to the dealership. Even after giving the name of the guy I wanted to meet.. Not sure they understand what an appointment is. Anyway, turns out the car I wanted, was at another dealership. I was told they will try and secure it and give me a call later that day, or the next morning. Call never came. I texted one of the many salesmen I dealt with (but specifically the one that told me he would call me.) He texted back, 'sorry had 8 customers come in' and nothing else. It took 3 days to finally get an answer via email, that "it had been sold." but was offered another similar car, for a couple thousand more. When I asked a question about it, I never got an email back. While I understand people are busy, and I always give them the benefit of the doubt.. But this was kind of crazy.. very simple questions went totally unanswered. I ended up just going to another dealership for the car I wanted. If you have an exact car in mind, with a fixed budget and aren't in a rush to buy.. You might want to save the headache and try another dealer. P.S. The car I wanted, that apparently sold.. was still at the other dealership. Pro Tip: If you have the VIN number of a car, you can simply google it and find the dealership that has it. More

Keith ‘s honesty and ability to answer questions fast. Keith was quick and honest handling my on-line questions. Keith was very polite and helpful and chased information down to get the answers. On the other hand, Steve (finance) was not able to communicate to us in a clear and concise manner the contract. He handed us a “thumb drive” on closing day and said all your paper work is in it. He made some assumptions that my wife and I had a computer@ home and we could go over the paper work at home. He could of at leased offered to go over the contract with us. We insisted he pull the papers out and go over the contract. A discovery of a $3,000 error was found. More

We were about ready to give up after going to second dealership. Then my son googled Lithia. He called cause it was getting late. Well Jeremy (in sales) was totally awesome! He wasnt high pressure. They didn't shot gun my credit. It was fast and easy. Jeremy is a down to earth very attentive. Next time I will so go back buy another car. Will recommend Lithia and Jeremy to everyone I know. Great customer service! Quick reply’s by email. I emailed about a Camry I was interested in and Keith wrote me back the next morning. We went back and forth for about a day. They were straightforward, verified our expectations, answered questions efficiently, and stayed an hour after closing to allow us ample time to make our decision and complete all the paperwork. The staff was very friendly, provided excellent service, and stayed in touch with us, checking in on every step throughout the process. They made the entire family feel very comfortable, including bringing us popcorn, drinks, and hot dogs (during the Memorial holiday sale), while we completing the purchase process. We reached out to Keith Moreck after our on-line research and he emailed us information with a price reduction. We came in during a very busy afternoon, while Keith was working with multiple customers, so we also had the opportunity to work with Chris Loock. Chris patiently assisted us with multiple test drives, and numerous questions, prepping the truck and explaining some of the new truck’s operational functions. He made calls regarding inventory not on the lot, etc., to make sure we found the vehicle with the options and color we were looking for. Mark Aggson and Steve Bennett also did a great job with their part of the purchase process (final negotiations and financing), ensuring that the purchasing process was smooth. We enjoyed talking with them and appreciated the efficiency, kindness, and patience, even though it was an hour past closing time. Even during the week after the purchase, when our new Tundra had 2 mysterious flat tires, Keith continued to assist us, even on his days off. Greg Ziolkowski and Ken Anderson (Service Dept) worked the mystery problem and resolved it very professionally at no cost to us. The Service Dept kept us updated and made sure that we were well taken care of. We sincerely appreciated how hard they worked to get to the bottom of the unusual situation. What a great staff! More
