Vehicle service I had had a coupon to have my tires rotated, but they were not done. Service advisor told me they didn"t need to be done. We disagreed. He was basing his opinion on tire traction and I told him I was basing my opinion on even tire wear. It was a rear wheel vehicle, so he decided you need your best traction tires on the rear, but there was 1/32 difference in the tread depth. The front were 7/32 and the rear were 8/32 which was the reason I wanted them rotated. By the way I have a vehicle that was purchased from Lithia Nissan and they don't charge for tire rotation when the vehicle is serviced. Kendall also does not charge. More

The vehicle ran perfectly over all the mountain ranges from coast to coast. Once we arrived here in December 2017, we had to find a Toyota Service facility. we had many choices to pick from, but we chose Lithia of Springfield. It was a very good choice. The service writers looked up our complete service history from our long time dealership, Jones Junction of Belair Maryland. I met with the service manager, and the mechanic. The guys were very informative and completed our normal service protocols with our 4 Runner. I couldn’t be happier! Great job guys! More
