We got a great vehicle the 2015 Toyota Highlander- ConsumerReports recommended pick for Midsized SUV's at the right price. Sam Jones sucks so bad, however everyone else was pleasant. I don't know why I continue to go back there. I never end up buying a car from them and always get a deal from Kiefer or Lithia Dodge. The sales guys over the years Oliver and recently Tim Mahn have been great. Even the guy that stepped up to help out when Tim was assisting another client was awesome. Its the numbers guy, Sales Manager Sam that sucks so back. If they try sticking you with him tell them you would rather someone else help you out. I admit, my situation I presented them was sucky and they got me approved for a truck that I wanted, however the numbers are nuts and they refused to budge even when I came up a lot on my budget. They value my car more on the previous day than the day I came in to make a deal, which pissed me off so much. He comes in and just hands me a paper. Doesn't explain anything and just says, I am surprised you even got approved for this, like it was a take it or leave it offer. I came up on my amount I could pay monthly by a considerable amount and they only came down $15.00. I don't have time to play silly games. They could have told me all this over email instead of saying they have good news and getting me to come down for the crappy offer. Remember the name Sam and avoid him. I am going to Kiefer, you guys should too and talk to Ryan Loveless and Fadi the numbers guy. Outstanding guys over there. TL;DR Sam Sucks... Go elsewhere More
