I had an unusual problem on my '22 Corolla Hybrid, having to do with the oil plug. While visiting another dealership for oil change (naughty me) I was told that there was an issue that made the vehicle inope to do with the oil plug. While visiting another dealership for oil change (naughty me) I was told that there was an issue that made the vehicle inoperable until fixed. I immediately called the Lithia who had previously serviced the oil, and I was met with instant response to get the issue taken care of. A ride service was called to pick me up so that I could come to the dealer in person to work on the solution, while a tow truck was ordered to move my vehicle. I was given a very nice loaner vehicle, and told I would be contacted later in the day with a strategy for the repair. It ended up being a factory parts failure, and I was not charged a penny for the repair. I was promised the vehicle x-many days later, and Lithia made good on their promise. PLUS washing and detailing the exterior of my car. THANK you Ken, and the service staff at Springfield Lithia Toyota, for making an unexpected and potentially very costly not to mention inconvenient issue, go as smoothly and painlessly as possible!
