I purchased my 2021 Highlander from Lithia a little more than a month ago. I’ve had several issues with it since then. When I contacted Stephanie I was able to get schedule for service, the technicians howe than a month ago. I’ve had several issues with it since then. When I contacted Stephanie I was able to get schedule for service, the technicians however did not correct all of the problems. When I called back to try and get the remaining issues dealt with and was not able to speak with Stephanie, the level of service and willingness to solve my problem went down. I am without cruise control and have numerous other warning lights showing, and the soonest they were willing to schedule me for service was more than a week out. I do a lot of traveling and it’s a little disconcerting to have to drive a car that has all of these warning lights on. It seems like the dealership would bend over backwards to make sure they were taken care of. I’ve purchased cars from Lithia in the past and have referred numerous people to your dealership as a result of my business and clients. I don’t know if anyone really reads these, but I hope it helps to elevate your level of service. More
