LOVE MY 4RUNNER and so happy to have found it! ! I HAAATE the whole care buying process. This process was not too bad. I had a moment I thought I would leave and not come back but it turned around. ! Going from one person, to the next, to the next, does not feel personal at all. I felt like I was getting passed on with no personal experience and just another sale/number to them. Michael did try and come "check in" but I did not see him for long and had picked my car out before coming in. I could have skipped right to the unpleasant and condescending finance piece right away. In which tone only changed once I said my Dad was from Oklahoma and related to Texas. While I understand having hard days or not wanting to be at work, people are spending a lot of money. Some understanding, sensitivity, and awareness can go a long way during this portion. I also ended up spending the most time with him. Thankfully, it turned around with my efforts to relate to him and he ended up being pleasant. I would return to Lithia. Although this sounds negative, overall, it was a good experience. They were kind. It was clean. I'm buying a car, not making friends. I get it. Although. you asked for my thoughts. :) More

The dealership is fine. I got my oil change done after waiting for 3 cars ahead of me. Don't know why the other bay was close. I like the system, you don't have to make an appointment, you simply get in line. The staff working in the area doing oil and 5000 mile services are friendly, competent, and efficient. I wait less time than you simply get in line. The staff working in the area doing oil and 5000 mile services are friendly, competent, and efficient.
