I have had nothing but EXCELLENT CARE from EVERYONE at Lithia. We bought our 2023 Highlander Hybrid in April of this year from Norman (recently retired) and our 2nd Toyota from Norman. I so appreciated his genuine caring help and expertise of the service team…Every One!! Malala, in the Service Dept. really helped me when it was time to get my car serviced on Wednesday… the first time in my life dealing with “car stuff”! My husband always took care of it! Now, with her help and the great work in the service bays, I’m more confident with “car stuff”! I appreciate that they still use authentic Toyota Synthetic Motor Oil which is made by Mobil One to Toyota's superior specifications and contain Toyo I appreciate that they still use authentic Toyota Synthetic Motor Oil which is made by Mobil One to Toyota's superior specifications and contain Toyota's own additive packet which is much higher in anti-wear additives such as Moly and Zinc.
