I was there about 45 minutes which was good. I appreciate that they still use authentic Toyota Synthetic Motor Oil which is made by Mobil One to Toyota's superior specifications and contain Toyo I appreciate that they still use authentic Toyota Synthetic Motor Oil which is made by Mobil One to Toyota's superior specifications and contain Toyota's own additive packet which is much higher in anti-wear additives such as Moly and Zinc. We arrived at Lithia Toyota of Springfield on Friday evening. Our salesman had to leave but he introduced us to another really nice gentleman who works there. His name was RODNEY Kellum. He took over the sale and he did everything he could to make it happen. It's not his fault when things don't go ideally but he pulled every string there is too pull and got this deal done I was in tears at one point because we were trading in our leased car and I thought all we could afford was an old used car. I was so disappointed. But he worked so hard. What a good person. We financed a used car in 2017 from this dealership. Next in March 2020, we leased our 1st vehicle and traded in after 2 extensions on our 3 year lease and December 2023, finally, we got a Toyota Corolla Hybrid sedan. Very nice car and the gas mileage is amazing. We got payments that we could actually afford and we're in for another 3 years. Looking very forward to it.
