We had first-rate service from Keith Moreck and Rod Kellam in purchasing our new 2024 Corolla-Hybrid. Toyota Corporations delivery service did not make this an easy purchase, but Keith and Rod worked Kellam in purchasing our new 2024 Corolla-Hybrid. Toyota Corporations delivery service did not make this an easy purchase, but Keith and Rod worked daily to remedy the problems with the delivery service over 10 days where delivery was promised each day but never delivered or contact us about delivery. But each day Keith and Rod tried to secure the delivery but no help from Toyota's delivery organization. After delivery was finally successful, Rod and the finance officer Mark resolved complicated vehicle registration issues so we could complete the purchase successfully and leave with the vehicle. Rod was patient and thorough in guiding my wife thru the complexities of the Corolla's complex electronic functions and settings. After the purchase Keith went the extra mile in helping us get our Apple Nano successfully installed and operating; he and another Lithia staffer identified that the recognition and installation problem required using a Bluetooth setting rather than just plugging the device in this a cable. Lithia Toyota of Springfield and its customers are fortunate to have such capable staff in its operation. Perhaps, that is why the Corolla-Hybrid is my fourth vehicle purchase from Lithia. I felt like my service needs were important to the people I interacted with.
