I’m generally pleased, but disappointed that tire rotation is not done on every visit, even though that’s an indicated service in maintenance log. I will do that on my next visit. I appreciated the digitized list of service items completed, with recommendations on what needs future attention. More
This review is for my 5,000 mi oil change service. The service and care is always excellent. And they use OEM Toyota oil which is all I will put in my Toyota. The time in line waiting has been getting longer and longer lately though. It took about 1 1/2 hours in line waiting this time. I hope this improves in the future. More
Awful auto shopping experience here about a month ago. They not only tricked me into trading my well maintained excellent condition 2017 Toyota Corolla SE for mereley a fraction of its actual value, they They not only tricked me into trading my well maintained excellent condition 2017 Toyota Corolla SE for mereley a fraction of its actual value, they in fact hid paperwork with the actual trade amount at the end of the contract... I tried to complain and have them correct the error but no luck, no mercy. Unfortunately, my poor health condition and super busy schedule with my preteen daughter didn't allow me to pursue further legal means to go about this dishonest car sells practice. They also wanted to give me an awful APR regarless of my perfect credit rating over 800... simply ruthless and predujice. The subtle but constant patronizing from the moment I was directed to this sales/financing person, Will I should've known not to ever come back to this car dealer. In addition, the service department is just as dishonest or even worse. In a couple of instances they tried to charge me for something they didn't even do or repair. Little did they know I was out there parked with an actual mechanic carefully paying attention since I had already experienced funny business with them. When confronted the service person or leadmen couldn't even keep eye contact and quickly give me a discount.., This is just shame. More
