The purchase of my new Tacoma went fairly smoothly. We did spend better part of a Saturday in the dealership dealing with paperwork but that's been my experience for all cars I've purchased. Quirky thing about this experience was the Tacoma was supposedly on a transport truck with a delivery expected as early as when we were doing paperwork or later in the day. Long story short, the truck didn't arrive until Monday. The Dealership did prep and deliver it to my house so that was convenient. All-in-all, not to bad of an experience. I did receive a hat (after I asked for one) for what I assumed was the inconvenience of it all. Now we'll see how the Service dept performs when I start the lifetime oil changes. I certainly hope they don't start by upselling "it needs this or that". More
