I called ahead to make sure there were windshield wipers and cabin air filter for my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The pit crew was courteous, efficient, and thorough. I was asked permission to complete installations and told costs of each item. All while sitting comfortably in my own car. My brand new car sat unused in my driveway during the pandemic, and this was maybe only fifth in person service. What a pleasant surprise! So respectful of my time and what I wanted done.
