Lithia Toyota of Springfield

I have done a lot of business with Lithia in generally. My recent visit was to the service Center at Lithia Toyota of Springfield. I only had three cars waiting ahead of me and one car in garage in Bay 3. My recent visit was to the service Center at Lithia Toyota of Springfield. I only had three cars waiting ahead of me and one car in garage in Bay 3. From arrival to departure took two hours. Seems like way too long considering Bay 1 was servicing like 2-3 vehicles to Bay 3’s 1 vehicle. I do appreciate a thorough service in making sure all is taken care of, but that seems a bit concerning. Did not expect it to take that long as it has never in the past! More
