no appointment I didn’t have an appointment however I had two nails in my tire and needed to have it fixed right away I am a single lady and I did not have anyone to I didn’t have an appointment however I had two nails in my tire and needed to have it fixed right away I am a single lady and I did not have anyone to help me fix my tire they got me into the service department immediately and I had a new tire on my car and I was on the road again within just a few minutes I highly recommend the service department More
Wait time Staff was wonderful AGAIN! :-). My only beef is with wait times. This is the 2nd time I’ve sat waiting on the car wash. This time I was the first a Staff was wonderful AGAIN! :-). This time I was the first appt of the day... another person came and went and after 75 min, I had them pull my car from the wash line so I could get to work. This was after a 1/2 hour earlier of being told they were finishing up with my service. It shouldn’t take that long for a wash, especially when being the 1st one there. More

However, if your patient and wait on hold for a very long time (bouncing back to the operator once or twice) the service is always great and reasonable. More

Disappointed Scheduled an appointment over a week in advance of service. Correct parts for repair were not brought in to complete job. Had to bring the vehicle bac Scheduled an appointment over a week in advance of service. Correct parts for repair were not brought in to complete job. Had to bring the vehicle back the following week. The car was still not repaired properly. Another appointment will be needed to complete work. The hand-off from one service rep to the next was frustrating as everything had to be explained repeatedly to bring them all up to speed. More

No Regard for Customer I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I made an appointment for service because I received two recall notices about my vehicle. Unfortunately, only Lithia can provide these services, otherwise, I definitely would go elsewhere. First, I tried to drop my car off the night before and there is no clear direction about where to leave it or a drop box on the building - it's actually on the complete opposite side from where the Service entrance is marked. Second, when I called to check the status of my vehicle the next morning, I was told it hadn't been worked yet, but would be done in the afternoon. When I tried to call back in the afternoon to check, no one answered the phone. I got a ride all the way out to the dealership only to find out that my car hadn't even been worked on yet! No one called to tell me it wasn't done and would be kept another day, which was a total disregard for my schedule and time. Why bother to take appointments?! What a nightmare! Finally, I was told my car would be done by 9:30 a.m. the next day and it would be delivered to me. Good thing I wasn't waiting around - it didn't arrive until almost 3 p.m.! Again, total disregard for my time and my schedule. A two-day inconvenience is not worth me EVER having service done here again. I love VW and I've driven VW my whole life, but this dealership is the WORST. Sales talks a great game about Service, but Service never lives up to expectations. I was talked into giving them a second chance and again, totally not worth it! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. More
