I wish I had never walked into Lithia--after signing the papers for my brand new Tiguan on February 21st 2011--I have been nothing but dissapointed. I wish I had my old car back--it was a 2004 and spent less time in the shop than my BRAND NEW Tiguan, I am utterly disgusted with the quality of my new car, and the fact that things that have been fixed, are breaking again. The team at Lithia has had little consideration about the invonvenience this has caused me. Have not refunded me money when I was promised it. When I bring it to the shop to be fixed next i'd rather just leave it there. I can't explain the frustration of having a car in the shop all the time, especially when it's brand new. I have been told several times that they will contact me, and they never do--I am always the ones calling them to see how things are going, is this really good customer service? I am extremely dissapointed.
