This dealership was “okay”. Originally said they’d meet me where I live to drop the car off, then the day before said they were short drivers and wanted me to come to the dealership. It then took me 5 times over the course of two days of contacting my salesman to get the paperwork emailed to me. We did everything over the phone and through text, so there were times where it seemed like the salesman was inattentive and forgot about me. There were several times where I had to text him after 3-4 hours of no response to follow up (I get he’s also on the floor and dealing with others, but as a person committed to purchasing a car I felt like there could have been more attentiveness or at least some warning he was busy/couldn’t get back to me quickly). Don’t get me wrong, they were nice in person, and weren’t the worst to work with. But certain things could have made it a better experience. More
