I had been trying to get a specific truck that was not readily available anywhere near me for a few months. I called and talked to Shak who was AMAZING! He said he was getting one in and would call me as soon as it arrived. It arrived on his day off & he still called to let me know it was there and that he would hold it for me until the next morning. We had talked price as I had a very specific budget and he kept his word about everything. Also, I have some health issues and was uncomfortable going inside the dealership to fill out paperwork, so he brought everything out to me.
