First, AJ was super helpful in collecting info on possible trade ins and getting information on another new vehicle we were ready to purchase. I am very disappointed with Livermore Lincoln. We purchased a very expensive car, and also purchased the Cilajet sealant application. Dealer promised a "loaner" car when we dropped it off. I returned the "loaner" at the dealer when we picked up our car. A week or so later I noticed that Hertz charged us $89.00. We had already pre-paid for gas. I called service dept. and nice rep. (whose name I unfortunately did not write down) said he would find out what happened and call me right back. That was Tuesday. Today is Friday and I did not hear back. I called service dept. today again and rude receptionist said they are busy and I should call Hertz. I told them this was unacceptable and I had already spent more time on this than I should. Nevertheless, I've tried several times today to call Hertz and there is no answer. I left a message recapping all of this for the "service manager" at Lincoln, and they have not responded. Lincoln promises superior customer service, and this is not it!! Stay away from this dealer. More
Our Salesman Robert H. was excellent at customer service. He was running back and forth to work the deal getting answers for every question we asked. Three people that worked there congratulated us when we did the deal when I walked by one even gave us advice about the type of gas we should use as he has an older one and uses the good gas and has over 200000 miles he said. Just a very friendly and fun experience!! Faisal Aziz did the contract and he was excellent at what he does and explained everything very well. He helped us out so much very much appreciated. Great job owners should be proud hard to find good help let alone two gems. Thanks so much More
Everyone at this dealership works together to scam you into purchasing their warranties. They have a sophisticated scheme as soon as you walk in the door to slip these warranties into your contract. Financial manager Yousaf Baharistani is the worst of them all. Do not believe anything that he says. There is a possiblity that this dealership violates California civil code 2982.2 or that they violate their own abitration contract. I am currently email every government agency and the BBB to file a complaint about this dealership to see if they operating within the law. Everyone should stay away from the dealership. If you do choose to shop here don't trust anything that anyone says. It's all a complicated scam to get you to purchase their useless warranties. More

I would be very careful buying a car here. Be advised, check each form before signing anything. Upon returning home an examining the documents on the thumb drive, I was shocked. A used car with a price tag of $15,995, now cost us over $27,000! I immediately called them back and asked them to redo the contract. We are still waiting to be credited the optional items we did not want! My husband and I are senior citizens. The young financial man was only in his 20's. He was handling a bitcoin transaction with his brother while writing out our contract. Then his cousin came in his cubicle and started horsing around all while we were trying to make sense of our transaction. This seemed like a tactic of distraction. I am hoping they will do the right thing as this is not finished. More
