The credit check took too long but overall a good experience. The driver seat needs to be repaired. It had a seam that split. Final rating depends on the repair experience. The driver seat needs to be repaired. It had a seam that split. Final rating depends on the repair More
To start off. I live in Stockton and drove to Livermore. I test drove the car and everything seemed okay and I loved the car. The tpms light was on and the sales guy told me that the tire needed air. So he I test drove the car and everything seemed okay and I loved the car. The tpms light was on and the sales guy told me that the tire needed air. So he took the car and they put air as I was going through with the sale. I was in a rush to get home for work so never took much time looking at the car. I noticed the rear tires needed to be replaced. As I get to America’s tire. The guy tells me that I’m driving on an 11 year old tire that had dry rot on the side wall. That’s not all. He had also told me that three of my tire sensors weren’t working. How are you going to sell a car with an 11 year old tire?!? More

just nowNEW-EditI have been calling around dealerships just nowNEW-Edit I have been calling around dealerships for weeks now trying to find the Mustang Mach E California Route 1 Model. I contacted Livermo just nowNEW-Edit I have been calling around dealerships for weeks now trying to find the Mustang Mach E California Route 1 Model. I contacted Livermore Ford and talked to a salesman named Steve. Steve told me there were 2 Route 1s at the dealership. I asked him the colors of the cars and the price and he told me the colors were blue and gray and the blue one was $56,250 and the gray one was $100 less. He also told me about a $1600 rebate I could get on the Mache E which would bring down the price to $54,650. I called him 4 days in a row to ask him if the cars were still available and he said yes. I told him I would come in on Saturday to look at the car and talk a deal with him. He said to let him know when I was 10 minutes away from the dealership. It took me over an hour to get there due to traffic. I got there and I asked for Steve. They said which Steve and I said I do not know I have his number, I do not know his last name. Steve was nowhere to be found and I was told he was busy "on the other side." Anyways when I looked at the window sticker and markup sticker, the sticker had a $10,000 markup and the price of the car was $62,000. Almost $5,000 more than I told over the phone. I test drove the Mach E and Steve was nowhere to be found. About 4-5 other families looked at the car but I was the only one to be serious and talk a deal. I sat down with a guy named Jabaari and told him what I was told over the phone. He finally introduced me to Steve and Steve said he was busy making another deal and he would let Jabaari handle everything. They blamed the markup on a chip shortage. I was told a markup of $5,000 over the phone and not $10,000. Steve never mentioned over the phone that the price of the car went up. After an hour they came down to $56,500 as their final price after everything and I walked away with mulitple hours of my time wasted. I was a serious buyer and was lied to over the phone. I emailed the owner of the dealership and never heard back from him. The next day after my visit, Steve called me and said "he just learned about what had happened yesterday." He said he would talk to the owner and explain the situatuion. I get a call from Steve an hour later and he says the owner said to honor the deal I was told over the phone only for that day. 2 hours later I call Steve for an update and he says what their final price is for the car. The price was still not what I was told over the phone, I declined the offer and told Steve thanks for lying to me and wasting my time. Steve lied about the price on purpose to get me to come into the dealership and hope I pay a higher price than what I was told over the phone. He knew what he did and was hiding from me and making excuses when I actually came into the dealership. I will never come to Livermore Ford ever again, they had terrible service, wasted my time, and it smelled terrible in the dealership! More
worst dealer in California! ask them for the "qcp" ratings. they hire stoned teenagers to "work" on your car and have the cranked up "shop foreman" checks in them time to time. Peter was the best thing about the dealership. Everyone was helpful and nice. We love our Toyota Camry. Really just not a good experience, have some buyers remorse because I feel like I was taken advantage of. Started off cool, everyone was friendly, I really wanted the car I was trading in for so I over remorse because I feel like I was taken advantage of. Started off cool, everyone was friendly, I really wanted the car I was trading in for so I overlooked a few things I should not have. Missed out on a few promotions I guess I forgot to mention. I am having to do the chasing to get the things I am supposed to be getting as part of the purchase. I didn't realize I should have been defensive as a buyer. A number of things I should and would do differently next time, just not in Livermore. Service and parts department have been good so far, but that was because I had a couple issues as soon as I got home. More
We were greeted professionally. The key point is the team listen to me as the customer with no haggling or additional sales pitch we made an offer and paid cash for our vehicle.
