Good service experience Livermore dealership is just off the highway, easy to reach. They do follow up and with their coupons the service is cheaper than surrounding dealersh Livermore dealership is just off the highway, easy to reach. over 5 hours wait for maintenance I checked in my Avalon for maintenance at 12 noon appointment, did not leave that place until 5:30pm! The front guy personnel is very condescending. He offered me 3 tiers of service with escalating prices, He was disappointed that I chose the basic service. Later, He came back to me and said that my tire has a "small nail" and needed replacement, I said my tires are all fine based from my drive from Tracy to Livermore, and i said "I didnt have tire low pressure alarm indicating from my dashboard". Once again he gave me that look of frustration. This man is passive aggressively haggling, it is so uncomfortable. 5 hours later, when i see my car parked outside, i asked him "what are we waiting for? its over 5 hrs of waiting now". His response was "their computer program shut down and just now working again." More
Issues not taken care of, lack of communication It did not seem like the service advisor really listened to us. He tried to up sell us to a bigger service, but we wanted to focus on the gps problems It did not seem like the service advisor really listened to us. He tried to up sell us to a bigger service, but we wanted to focus on the gps problems. We explained that we had recalibrated it multiple times and it works for a while then stops working. I asked if we needed a new disc for the maps and he said he would check. When my wife picked it up they said they recalibrated it and it seems to work. She explained that is the problem , we keep doing that and then it fails again. They said , oh no one told us that, it was not on the work order. She asked about the disc and they said they did not know. Sure enough, drove it for a bit and now it’s not working. More
